How to Use
This product is provided through hotel pickup and hotel return service for your convenience. Please submit the following information when placing your order:
Pickup date and time
Return date and time
Hotel reservation confirmation
Passport photo
If you attach your hotel reservation confirmation, we will leave the stroller at your hotel front desk under the reservation holder’s name on the day of booking. After check-in, you may simply collect it from the front desk and use it right away.
For return, you only need to leave the stroller at the hotel front desk. There is no need for an additional meeting point or complicated return process, making your trip much more convenient.
To ensure smooth pickup and return, please make sure to submit all required information accurately when making payment.
Cancellation
Full refund when cancelling at least 48 hours before pickup time. See the table below for tiered fees.
