These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between APIOZ (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of rental services, luggage delivery services, general product sales services, and all related ancillary services provided through the Apioz website and online store operated by the Company.

1. "Site" means the online mall operated by the Company for transactions of goods or services. 2. "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Site and receives services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 3. "Member" means a person who has registered as a member on the Site and continuously uses the services. 4. "Non-member" means a person who uses order and inquiry services on the Site without registering as a member. 5. "Goods, etc." means rental products, luggage delivery services, general products for sale, and related ancillary services sold or reserved on the Site.
The Company posts these Terms and Conditions on the Site so that users may be aware of their contents. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws, and will give prior notice specifying the effective date and reason for the amendment. If a user continues to use the services without expressly indicating refusal by the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms and Conditions.
The Company provides the following services. 1. Rental reservations for travel goods and other products 2. Reservations for luggage delivery services between airports, hotels, and other designated locations 3. General product sales 4. Order payment, order inquiry, reservation inquiry, My Page, and customer support 5. Other services determined by the Company
Membership registration is completed when a user enters the required information, agrees to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and the Company approves the registration. Non-members may also place orders and reservations, and non-member order inquiries may be verified through authentication methods designated by the Company, such as the reservation number and the email address entered at the time of order. Users must always provide accurate and up-to-date information, and users are responsible for any consequences arising from providing false information or using another person’s information without authorization.
A contract is formed when a user selects a product or service, completes the payment process, and the Company confirms the order or reservation. However, the Company may refuse or cancel an order if any of the following reasons apply. 1. Insufficient inventory or excess of available reservation quantity 2. Delivery or service provision is significantly difficult 3. Payment approval fails or an abnormal transaction is suspected 4. Material error or false entry in the information provided 5. Normal provision is difficult due to system failure, natural disaster, carrier circumstances, on-site circumstances, or similar causes
The prices of products or services are based on the amounts displayed on the order screen. The Company may process payments through external payment methods such as Toss Payments and Eximbay. Coupons, promotions, and discount benefits are applied in accordance with separately announced conditions, and duplicate application may be restricted.
The Company supplies Goods, etc. according to the schedule, location, delivery option, and order type selected by the user. Rental products are operated based on the receipt date and return date, and luggage delivery services are operated based on the pickup date/time and delivery destination information. Schedules may be delayed or changed due to external factors such as hotels, airports, carriers, traffic conditions, on-site operating policies, or flight changes, and the Company will provide prior or subsequent notice within a reasonable scope.
Withdrawal of offer, cancellation, and refunds are governed by applicable laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. Users may request withdrawal of offer or cancellation within the period permitted by law. However, withdrawal of offer or refunds may be restricted to the extent permitted by law in any of the following cases. 1. Goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the user 2. The value of Goods, etc. has significantly decreased due to the user’s use or partial consumption 3. Service provision has already begun and restoration is significantly difficult 4. The restriction is separately notified on the individual product or service page and is permitted by law Specific cancellation and refund conditions are primarily governed by the policies displayed on the individual product page, order screen, or separate notices, and will be interpreted to the extent that they do not conflict with applicable laws.
The user is responsible for loss, damage, contamination, missing components, and similar issues that occur while the rental product is in the user’s possession and use. In such cases, the Company may charge costs within the scope of actual damages, such as repair costs, cleaning costs, or repurchase costs. The user will not be held responsible for natural wear and tear within the scope of normal use.
Users must not engage in any of the following acts. 1. Misusing another person’s personal information or payment information 2. Placing false orders, making fraudulent payments, or placing abnormal orders for resale purposes 3. Interfering with the normal operation of the Company’s systems 4. Engaging in acts that violate laws or public order and morals If a user violates this Article, the Company may take necessary measures, including cancellation of orders, restriction of membership status, and claims for damages.
The Company will not engage in acts prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions, and will endeavor to provide stable services. The Company will endeavor to promptly handle legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users.
The Company is not liable for suspension, delay, or change of services caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, war, infectious diseases, circumstances of airports, hotels, carriers, or telecommunications service providers, and system failures. The Company is not liable for service usage disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.
These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises between the Company and a user, both parties will first make sincere efforts to resolve it through consultation. If consultation is not successful, the dispute will be handled by the dispute mediation body or competent court in accordance with applicable laws.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of April 10, 2026.
