These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between APIOZ (hereinafter, the “Company”) and users in relation to the use of rental services, luggage delivery services, general product sales services, and all related ancillary services provided through the Apioz website and online store operated by the Company.

1. “Site” means the online mall operated by the Company for the purpose of trading goods or services. 2. “User” means any member or non-member who accesses the Site and receives services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 3. “Member” means a person who has registered as a member of the Site and continuously uses the services. 4. “Non-member” means a person who uses ordering and inquiry services on the Site without registering as a member. 5. “Goods, etc.” means rental products, luggage delivery services, general sale products, and related ancillary services sold or reserved through the Site.
The Company shall post these Terms and Conditions on the Site so that users may review them. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope not violating applicable laws and regulations. In such cases, the effective date and the reason for amendment shall be notified in advance. If a user continues to use the services without explicitly expressing refusal by the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms and Conditions.
The Company provides the following services: 1. Rental reservations for travel goods and other products 2. Reservation of luggage delivery services between airports, hotels, and other designated locations 3. Sale of general products 4. Order payment, order inquiry, reservation inquiry, My Page, and customer support 5. Other services as determined by the Company
Membership registration is completed when a user enters the required information, agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and the Company approves the registration. Non-members may also place orders and make reservations. Non-member order inquiries may be verified through the reservation number, the email address entered at the time of order, or other authentication methods designated by the Company. Users must always provide accurate and up-to-date information, and shall be responsible for any false information provided or misuse of another person’s information.
A contract is formed when the user selects a product or service, completes the payment process, and the Company confirms the order or reservation. However, the Company may refuse or cancel an order for any of the following reasons: 1. Insufficient stock or exceeding the available reservation quantity 2. Delivery or service provision is significantly difficult 3. Payment approval fails or suspicious transactions are detected 4. Material errors or false statements in the entered information 5. Difficulties in normal service provision due to system failures, natural disasters, circumstances of carriers, or on-site conditions
The prices of products or services shall be based on the amount displayed on the order screen. The Company may process payments through external payment methods such as Toss Payments and Eximbay. Coupons, promotions, and discounts shall be applied in accordance with separately announced conditions, and duplicate application may be restricted.
The Company shall supply the goods, etc. according to the schedule, location, delivery option, and order type selected by the user. Rental products shall be operated based on the pickup date and return date, and luggage delivery services shall be operated based on the pickup date/time and destination information. Schedules may be delayed or changed due to external factors such as hotels, airports, carriers, traffic conditions, on-site operating policies, and flight changes. The Company shall provide notice in advance or afterward within a reasonable scope.
Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds shall be governed by applicable laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. Users may request withdrawal or cancellation within the period permitted by law. However, in the following cases, withdrawal or refunds may be restricted to the extent permitted by law: 1. Where goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user 2. Where the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the user 3. Where service provision has already commenced and restoration is significantly difficult 4. Where separately notified on the individual product or service page and permitted by law Specific cancellation and refund conditions shall first follow the policies displayed on the relevant product page, order screen, or separate notices, and shall be interpreted within the scope not contrary to applicable laws.
The user shall be responsible for loss, damage, contamination, or missing components occurring while the rental product is in the user’s possession or use. In such cases, the Company may charge repair costs, cleaning fees, repurchase costs, or other expenses within the scope of actual damages. The user shall not be held responsible for natural wear and tear arising within the scope of normal use.
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts: 1. Misappropriating another person’s personal information or payment information 2. Placing false orders, making fraudulent payments, or placing abnormal orders for resale purposes 3. Interfering with the normal operation of the Company’s systems 4. Engaging in acts contrary to laws or public order and morals If a user violates this Article, the Company may take necessary measures such as order cancellation, restriction of membership qualifications, or claims for damages.
The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions, and shall strive to provide services in a stable manner. The Company shall endeavor to promptly handle legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users.
The Company shall not be liable for suspension, delay, or changes in services caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, infectious diseases, circumstances involving airports, hotels, carriers, telecommunications providers, or system failures. The Company shall not be liable for disruptions in service use caused by reasons attributable to the user.
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user, both parties shall first endeavor to resolve it through sincere consultation. If no agreement is reached, the matter shall be subject to a dispute resolution body or a competent court under applicable laws.
These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on April 10, 2026.
