Are a SIM, eSIM or data plan included?
SIMs and data plans are not included unless explicitly listed as an option. Arrange the connection you need separately and check compatibility with the handset.
Can I film freely at a concert?
Check the venue and organizer’s photography and device rules yourself. Permission to film and results from any particular seat are not guaranteed. Lighting, distance and movement affect image quality.
Will I receive the color and accessories in the photos?
Confirm the actual color, charger, cable and other accessories before booking. The rental configuration may differ from the manufacturer’s retail package.
How should I prepare for S Pen remote photography?
Use the built-in S Pen for notes and annotations. If you need remote photography, check the rental handset’s S Pen connection and camera settings on receipt.
Care during use and before return
On receipt, check the condition, cameras, S Pen, charge level and accessories. Battery runtime depends on use and device condition. An IP68 rating is not permission to submerge a rental phone or film underwater; protect it from water and impact.
Before return, back up your photos and videos to your own storage, check the files and sign out of accounts. Retrieve any SIM you inserted, and follow the return instructions for removing an eSIM or personal data and resetting the device.

Rent from one day; check pricing when booking
The daily rental rate after the 10% discount is KRW 10,500. You can rent from one day; a minimum rental charge of KRW 31,500 per phone (equivalent to three days) applies even for a one-day or two-day rental. Delivery or pickup fees and optional services are charged separately.
At checkout, submit your rental start date, rental end date and passport copy. If you select hotel delivery, also submit your hotel booking confirmation. For Airbnb delivery or airport pickup, follow the additional information and document requests for your chosen option when booking.
Keep your personal data secure
Before return, back up your photos and files, sign out of personal accounts, and follow the return instructions to remove your data from the device. A protective case and careful storage are recommended to prevent damage.
